Join Angela & Patrick for a short kundalini yoga warm-up set followed by meditations and LONG gong sound healing.

🌴 Our group session will be held outside on the beautiful deck (weather permitting) so please bring yoga mat/blankets/pillows/socks/water bottle for comfort.

🌕 Monthly gatherings on Saturday night in 2023 - most dates are on or near the full moon.
